We usually carry out a free initial site visit where we discuss the project with our prospective clients, offering suggestions and possible alternatives to the scheme that they may have in mind where we feel this is appropriate. During this initial visit we usually offer advice about Planning and Building Regulations implications. 
 

This is followed by a quotation or estimate. Once accepted, the first step is usually to carry out an accurate, measured site survey to enable us to produce scaled survey drawings. These are an essential step in the design process and form the basis of the subsequent design work. 
 

We then progress the design through sketch schemes (if needed) to Planning and/or Building Regulations drawings and detailing as appropriate, submitting the applications for our clients along the way as part of the service. 
 

We also have local subcontractors with whom we have worked for many years and who can provide us with all necessary structural calculations, detailing, drawing and Thermal Performance, SAP calculations and so on.
