We have designed new houses, flats, factories; all forms of extensions, both single and multi-storey; conversions including lofts and changes of use as well as all forms of alterations, extensions, garages and outbuildings.

 

Boswell Associates (Architecture) Ltd. Is a family firm which was incorporated as a limited company in 2002 although Richard Boswell started the practise in 1997, following on from his previous experiences as a fully qualified local government Building Control Officer and working for various local building companies in surveying, estimating and contracting roles.

 

Richard qualified as a member of The Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) in 1996 and is entitled to use the designation of MCABE.

 

Formed in 1925, as the Incorporated Association of Architects and Surveyors, The Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) is a leading body for professionals specialising in the design, construction, evaluation and maintenance of building construction.

 

The Association of Building Engineers was founded with the principal objectives to: 
 

• promote and advance the knowledge, study and practice of each and all of the arts and sciences concerned with building technology, planning, design, construction, maintenance and repair of the built environment and the creation and maintenance of a high standard of professional qualification, conduct and practice.

• encourage and facilitate co-operation between the construction professions.

• The Association was granted its Royal Charter in 2013.
